The Japan-America Society of Greater Austin (JASGA) is a grassroots nonprofit dedicated to strengthening the friendship and mutual understanding between the people of Japan and the United States. We believe that language and culture are essential bridges between nations, and our programs are designed to make those connections meaningful and accessible.
As one of 38 member societies of the National Association of Japan-America Societies (NAJAS), JASGA provides Japanese language instruction, cultural events, and educational opportunities both locally in Austin and online nationwide—serving children, adults, and lifelong learners.
